Document test procedures and generate detailed reports.
Testing of PCB's under ESD safe environment
Troubleshoot failures and implement corrective actions using quality tools
Drive automation and productivity improvement projects.
Maintain awareness and adherence to SIL-4 safety standards.
Perform ICT and analyze results to identify defects and improve coverage.
Ensure compliance with internal and local EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) standards..
Handling RDSO customer inspection and documentation.
Requirements
5+ years
railway signaling
axle counter
diploma/be
iso
ict programming
Experience: 5+ years in railway signaling product assembly and testing.
Knowledge of system level testing in Axle counter as per test specification
Education: Diploma/BE in ECE/EEE/E&I
Familiarity with ISO, IRIS, SIL-4 compliance and factory audits.
Hands-on experience with Handling the measuring instruments
Ability to handle and work in the asset programming test jig
Having exposure of working in a factory environment
Hands on experience in 5S and continuous improvement culture
Axle counter experience will be an added advantage..
Knowledge in railway signaling product assembly and testing
Expertise in ICT programming and PCB testing.
