Tasks

-Assist in the development and scheduling of social media content across platforms to support campaigns, announcements, and brand engagement. -Support media relations efforts, including responding to inquiries, coordinating interviews, and maintaining media contact lists. -Write, edit, and format content for internal publications, intranet, and digital signage. -Process communication requests and collaborate with internal clients to understand communication needs and provide editorial support. -Ensure all content adheres to brand and editorial guidelines and is delivered on deadline -Coordinate the distribution of internal communications across multiple channels. -Maintain and update content on the company intranet and Viva Engage platforms. -Draft and distribute press releases and media advisories in alignment with corporate messaging.

What You Bring

-Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite -Minimum of 1 year of related experience with 2-3 years preferred -Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset. -Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. -Bachelor’s degree in a related field in journalism, communications, public relations or a related field. -Excellent writing and editing skills with strong attention to detail.
