Tasks

We are growing in the Columbus, OH area and have an opportunity for an Office Coordinator to join our team. He/she will be responsible for overseeing the general administrative function and activities of all LRT offices. -Support the Finance Manager with Accounts Receivable duties, as assigned -Plan and coordinate company events and outings -Provide administrative support to all LRT offices and the management team -Assist the HR team with items such as applications, new hire orientations and onboarding -Perform office management duties including answering incoming calls, assisting visitors, and managing office supply orders

What You Bring

-Accounts Receivable and/or basic accounting experience preferred -Willing to travel occasionally, as required -Familiarity with HR onboarding, compliance, and benefits -The ability to successfully work as part of a team, or individually and handle confidential information when required -Experience with event planning and coworker communication for multiple areas -A minimum of 2 years’ experience in office management or being in an administrative support role -Strong communication, attention to detail and organization skills -Proficiency in Microsoft Office -Bilingual in Spanish, both verbal and written is a plus!
