Tasks

-Maintaining accurate environmental asset data and systems and driving development and implementation of best practice processes. -Setting direction for inspections and maintenance regimes to ensure compliance with standards. -Acting as the regional focal point for environmental requirements, impacts, and needs. -Managing and developing a team of environmental specialists, supporting their growth and performance. -Ensuring environmental considerations are embedded in forward programmes and maintenance plans.

What You Bring

-Strong understanding of environmental standards, policies, and CDM 2015 regulations. -Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information to a variety of audiences. -Proven track record of developing environmental asset management plans and asset management decision making. -Proven experience in leading teams in a complex service delivery environment. -A degree in an environmental discipline (or equivalent) or substantial relevant experience in the field, along with full membership of a recognized environmental professional institute (e.g., CIEEM).
