Process Operational Excellence Specialist

Tasks

-Collect, analyze, and prioritize lessons learned (positive and constructive) from project teams. -Develop and deliver training materials, workshops, and communication to ensure adoption of new processes and tools. -Evaluate existing processes to improve efficiency, standardization, and effectiveness. -Coach and support project leaders in embedding best practices into daily operations. -Provide insight and recommendations based on observations of high-performing teams. -Partner with GSO leaders (VPs and Sr. Directors) to identify, document, and standardize best practices, processes, and tools. -Support project leadership with coordination, project controls, and execution where needed. -Define and track metrics to measure the impact of operational excellence initiatives. -Lead the development and maintenance of a central repository for GSO best practices and lessons learned.

What You Bring

-Proven ability to manage multiple complex tasks and deliver against deadlines. -Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement certification. -Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. -Proven experience in process documentation, procedure writing, and/or knowledge management. -Intermediate to advanced proficiency with MS Office applications, including Visio. -Experience facilitating workshops, training sessions, or organizational change initiatives. -5+ years of demonstrated success in professional services business operations or A/E/C project management, coordination, or leadership. -Proficiency with project controls or enterprise project management software. -Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies. -Prior involvement in continuous improvement and lessons-learned programs. -Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with ability to influence and build consensus. -Exceptional time management, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
