Tasks

You will take ownership of site activities to ensure successful delivery of the project — safely, on time, to budget, and to the highest quality standards. An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Site Manager to take charge of a new 1.5m project with a long-standing and reputable contractor. As the Site Manager you’ll be responsible for every aspect of site delivery – from mobilisation to handover – managing subcontractors, overseeing the timber-frame package, and ensuring the build meets programme, quality, and safety targets. -Maintaining accurate site diaries and allocation sheets. -Leading the implementation of the project management plan, site procedures, and documentation. -Overseeing quality management processes and ensuring compliance with specified requirements. -Advising on buildability and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. -Driving excellent standards of health, safety, and environmental performance on site. -Coordinating handover schedules, keys, spares, and completion documentation. -Managing direct labour and subcontractors, monitoring attendance, progress, and productivity.

What You Bring

-Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills. -Full UK driving licence. -Technical knowledge of modern construction techniques. -SMSTS, First Aid at Work, CSCS card in date. -IT literate, confident with project management systems and reporting tools. -Proven experience as a Site Manager delivering high-quality, large-scale projects
