Role

Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor procurement team members, fostering collaboration and professional growth.
Supplier Management: Lead sourcing, pre-qualification, and selection of suppliers for materials, equipment, and subcontracting. Negotiate contracts and pricing to optimize cost, quality, and delivery. Manage supplier performance and resolve disputes.
Procurement Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with project goals, timelines, and budgets. Collaborate with engineering, construction, and project teams to define procurement needs and schedules.
Report to the Senior Procurement Manager. Responsible for developing and implementing procurement strategies and plans, preparing and maintaining procurement status reports, and reporting regularly. Manage supplier communications, identify inefficiencies in the supply chain, propose improvements, and complete other tasks assigned by the Procurement Manager.
Tendering & Contracting: Prepare and issue RFQs and tenders, organize bid evaluations. Administer contracts ensuring compliance with legal, HSE, and project standards.
