-Serve as liaison with executives, staff, and external partners -Prepare materials, reports, and communications for meetings -Support special projects and ensure follow-up on action items -Plan and coordinate travel, events, and leadership meetings -Handle sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality -Manage the President’s calendar, priorities, and daily workflow

What You Bring

-Bachelor’s degree or EA certification preferred; construction industry experience a plus. Board of Directors exposure a plus. -6+ years of executive support experience, including 2+ years with C-Suite leaders (8+ preferred) -Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and virtual meeting platforms -Exceptional time management, communication, and problem-solving skills -Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and build strong partnerships
