Tasks
-Create and deliver compelling proposals and pricing strategies that win business. -Maintain a strong understanding of competitive offerings and market trends. -Proactively identify, target, and develop new client relationships in the commercial, retail, institutional, and multi-tenant real estate markets around the greater New York City area. -Represent MSL at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions. -Conduct client meetings, site surveys, and security assessments to develop tailored solutions. -Collaborate with engineering and project management teams to ensure successful implementation of solutions sold to clients -Input and manage all sales activities in CRM systems (WeSuite, FieldHub, etc.).

What You Bring
-Exceptional consultative selling and communication skills, with the ability to engage executive-level stakeholders. -5+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in electronic security, low voltage systems, or commercial technology solutions. -Highly proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce), and proposal generation tools. -Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent combination of education and relevant industry experience). -Deep understanding of access control, video surveillance, intercom, and intrusion systems preferred. -Proven hunter with a successful track record of consistently exceeding sales targets and winning new logos. -Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage complex sales cycles independently.
