Tasks

To lead and grow the HV business, ensuring project delivery, client satisfaction, and a continuous pipeline of work while maintaining safety, quality, and profitability. -Coach staff, set goals, and support the Operations Manager -Define project scope, allocate resources, and implement project controls -Lead HV operations, ensuring safety and compliance with company standards -Identify and develop new HV business opportunities, prepare quotations, and deliver tenders

What You Bring

-Higher qualification in Electrical Engineering is desirable -Strong HV engineering knowledge and commercial understanding -IOSH / SMSTS or equivalent health & safety qualification -Minimum 5 years’ experience managing an engineering business
