Tasks

-Ensure strong commercial outcomes – revenue, margin, pipeline and service quality. -Identify and convert new business opportunities in line with strategy. -Lead a dynamic team in a role that combines strategy, delivery and growth. -Represent RPS at industry events as a trusted advisor and subject-matter expert. -Work on some of the most significant infrastructure and energy projects in WA. -Established WA network with senior executives and decision-makers. -Oversee project governance, delivery and risk management. -Leadership of inclusive, high-performing teams. -Build and develop a high-performing, multidisciplinary team. -Lead practice direction, growth and client engagement across WA.

What You Bring

-Demonstrated success in shaping and winning bids/proposals. -Proven success leading P&L, accountable for revenue, margin and growth. -15+ years in consultancy or government, with relevant tertiary qualifications (Engineering, Commerce or Law). -Exceptional communication, negotiation and influencing skills. -Strong financial and commercial management skills.
