The Role

Overview

Assist with land acquisitions, Right‑of‑Way research, permits, and project coordination.

Tasks

-Complies with all policies and standards. -Assist with preparation of permit applications for the project team. -Assist project teams on document preparation and control, meeting agendas and other various project related activities. -Assist with compiling technical data to be presented to Right of Way project team. -Assist in analyzing, preparing, reviewing, and interpreting Land and Right of Way related agreements, deeds, easements, leases, permits, and licenses. -Assist in research and collection of real property related project documents. -Assist in quality assurance reviews of stakeholder management database entries from Right of Way field agents. -Assist in preparation of project status, technical, and acquisition reports for the project team. -Assist in translation of data from Right of Way documents into the stakeholder management database. -Ensure compliance with company and site safety policies.

What You Bring

-Ability to work methodically and analytically in a quantitative problem-solving environment and demonstrated critical thinking skills. -Strong attention to detail, facilitation, team building, collaboration, organization and problem solving skills. -Must meet standards to qualify for and maintain the Company's vehicle driving privileges as outlined in the Company's Motor Vehicle Safety Policy. -Applicable experience may be substituted for the degree requirement. -Proficient computer skills (e.g. Microsoft Office Suite). -Candidates must be legally authorized to work permanently (i.e., without time limitations, without restrictions or without need for work sponsorship) in the country where this position is located. -Basic knowledge of general real estate law and real estate title work preferred. -Demonstrated leadership skills. -Minimum of a 3.0 GPA strongly preferred. -Excellent written and verbal communication skills. -Prior internship and/or related consulting experience preferred. -Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or related degree from an accredited program require.
