Tasks
-Full turn-key operation ensures a smooth install and helps secure next project in another area or building. -Customer sales calls include a mix of existing/repeat business along with prospecting for new customers and projects. -Closely work with your manager to meet & exceed sales goals. -A penchant for business development, working out of your own office, you’ll meet & engage new and repeat customers in your territory; assessing their needs, you will provide a truly consultative Stonhard solution. -Participate in overseeing the successful delivery of product installation, ensuring optimum customer satisfaction. Project management responsibilities include ensuring raw materials are on site, construction crews have everything they need and troubleshooting any installation issues that may come up. -Will participate in an enriching training process spanning over two years, traveling to our headquarters for pre-planned, scheduled training(s).

*This is a remote position when not out in the field - must reside near Riverside, CA* -High degree of initiative, mature judgment, and self-motivation. -Proven Success in Business Development and Project management; interacting at all levels. -Experience in B2B, end user sales; construction, commercial or industrial is preferred. -Strong capacity to learn a new industry.

Base Salary Range: $70,000 - $90,000 -Flexibility to work from your home office when not in the field/meeting clients. -Competitive pay and uncapped earning potential (get paid for your performance) -Nationwide, our Territory Managers that completed their first year averaged over $105K with our top rookies earning over $140K.
