-Perform system calculations, Life Cycle Cost Analysis, and equipment selections. -Ensure compliance with codes such as NFPA, ASHRAE, and IBC. -Design fire protection and plumbing systems (e.g., sprinkler layouts, fire pump sizing, piping, sanitary, medical gas, domestic water heating, ductwork). -Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and clients. -Develop construction documents and job-specific specifications. -Conduct field investigations, site visits, and construction inspections. -Serve as Engineer of Record and mentor junior staff.

The ideal applicant is enthusiastic and driven, emphasizing critical thinking, effectiveness, and perfection. -LEED, Green Globes, or other sustainability credentials (Preferred) -High proficiency in computer-aided design tools and software. -Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (ABET-accredited) -Licenses/Certifications: Current PE License NCEES Registration Licensed in at least one U.S. state -Travel: up to 20% depending on project -Certified Plumbing Designer (Preferred) -Experience: 8+ years as a licensed professional engineer -Computer Skills: Revit, AutoCAD MEP, MS Office Suite, Trane TOPSS, Trace 3D -Healthcare Experience Is Required
