Tasks

-Write project procedures -Prepare billings and expedite payments -Estimate, prepare and negotiate Change Orders -Prepare bid packages and solicit and evaluate bids -Review plans for completeness and accuracy -Supervise and train Project Engineers and clerical staff -Set up and maintain all aspects of the CMiC system -Maintain cost control ledger and job cost statements -Prepare Purchase Orders and Rental Agreements -Write subcontract Change Orders

What You Bring

-3 -4 years construction experience -1+ years scheduling and estimating experience -Thorough understanding of plans and specifications -Able to perform all Project Engineer job responsibilities -Field experience (Project Engineer or Assistant Superintendent) -Engineering, Construction Management or Architectural degree, or equivalent experience -Effective written and verbal communications skills and organizational skills
