Tasks

-Key factors for developing sales and marketing initiatives for Gas Services markets include Order Intake and Forecasting. -Establish plans and strategies to expand the customer base within the assigned region. -Completion of all pre-acquisition activities to Sales Handover covering all commercial, sales, and marketing aspects. -Accountable for Order Intake objectives as well as sustaining growth targets in accordance with business strategy and market model, and driving a healthy sales funnel. -Implement product business strategy through market and customer focus, collaborate with customers for new business. -Effectively manage opportunities via CRM Tool (Salesforce.com), ensuring opportunities are regularly updated and maintained in accordance with company policy. The Client Manager is encouraged to ensure funnel accuracy and attend regular reviews to update management on order intake and fore-casted opportunities. -Responsible for the development and performance of all sales activities in assigned customer accounts in the UK&I region across the product portfolio to deliver profitable growth. -Results are achieved through effective forecasting and follow-up of sales opportunities within the Service portfolio of products and services (inclusive of long-term projects, OEM spares, retrofits, revamps, service exchanges, repairs, and refurbishments). -Formulate, establish, and implement long-term strategies and tactical sales plans to achieve growth in the territory. -Strategically deliver orders and sales through the customer relationship management tool.

-Proficiency in managing complex, multi-workstream projects while ensuring compliance with internal governance procedures and standard methodologies. -Proven track record in successfully delivering complex project opportunities, demonstrating the ability to engage effectively at the Director level with both internal and external collaborators. -Deep understanding of the competitive marketplace, coupled with strong commercial competence, including proficiency in P&L management and risk assessment. -Open to discussing flexibility requirements and workplace adjustments to support agile working and improve team collaboration.
