Tasks

-Manage the sales and operation activities of our store. -Ensure the store meets budget, including reviewing the areas of potential store improvement. -Promote and manage catalogue sales and campaigns in the store to grow category sales and maintain margin. -Work with Inventory and State Manager to ensue inventory is executed in line with national direction and improvement opportunities are identified. -Champion a safety-first culture within the factory in pursuit of a zero-harm environment ensuring to Never Walk Past. -Monitor and coach employees under your direct supervision, ensuring Achieve performance and training / development plans are achieved. -Maintain effective relationships with customers, suppliers. -Ensure compliance in your store of retail ready standards and behaviours including housekeeping, merchandising and presentation.

Requirements
