Overview
Oversee and grow NCP's Birmingham Airport contract operations and strategy.

Tasks
-Partner with internal stakeholders across HR, Marketing, IT, and Customer Experience to deliver collaborative initiatives and drive continuous improvement. -Build and nurture a strong client relationship with Birmingham Airport’s senior leadership, ensuring NCP is recognised as a trusted and innovative partner. -Lead the strategic and commercial direction of NCP's Birmingham Airport contract, supporting its continued growth during a period of major development. -Partner with Finance and Revenue teams to monitor financial performance and influence strategic decision-making – without holding full P&L accountability. -Provide oversight of day-to-day operations, ensuring the delivery of excellent service, safety, and compliance across all airport parking sites. -Lead a talented onsite leadership team including Operations, Health & Safety, Finance, Commercial Partnerships and Revenue functions, as well as a wider team of c.40 frontline colleagues. -Identify and deliver new opportunities for contract growth and revenue generation, aligned with the airport’s evolving needs. -Represent the Birmingham Airport operation at senior level within NCP, providing performance updates, strategic insight, and recommendations for future growth.

What You Bring
-Excellent relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills – particularly with senior client contacts. -Proven ability to identify growth opportunities and lead through change. -Inspirational leadership qualities – able to empower, develop, and engage teams at all levels. -Strong experience leading multi-function teams across operations, commercial, or contract management. -Commercial and financial acumen, with experience supporting P&L delivery and influencing business decisions.
