Tasks

-Involve the use of computers to maintain financial records and accounting reports -Assist Project Accountants and Project Managers with input and maintenance of projects’ data within our systems -Do routine work and follow detailed instructions -Perform accounting functions to support our Project Accountants and Project Managers, Including: -Monitor timesheet labor adjustments & Accounts Payable/Expense report adjustments -Perform internal cost recovery functions for billable project charges of vehicles & equipment -Assist multiple project accountants and other staff daily -Research and communicate release of subconsultant payments to corporate finance & accounting group -Manage and reconcile corporate credit card transactions -Review and answer questions as needed for employee expense reports relative to HDR travel & business expense policy & procedures -Process vendor invoices to the corporate finance and accounting group -Perform Accounts Payable functions relative to HDR accounts payable procedures, including: Coding & processing accounts payable and purchase requisitions Process ondemand check requests Process vendor invoices to the corporate finance and accounting group Review and assist in processing Accounts Payable transactions for sub consultants Research and communicate release of subconsultant payments to corporate finance & accounting group -Process ondemand check requests -Track employee temporary duty costs -Review and assist in processing Accounts Payable transactions for sub consultants

Requirements

• accounting degree
