Project Coordinator

Overview

Manage and process engineering change requests/orders, coordinating teams.

Tasks

-Collaborate with Project Managers to ensure accurate, timely processing. -Serve as a single point contact for change orders. -Evaluate change order submittals to ensure internal and external customer compliance. -Maintain individual workflow to ensure ease of obtaining current ECR/CO status and prioritize individual work. -Enter and process change orders in the ERP system. -Analyze and process a high volume of Engineering Change Requests and Change Orders. -Schedule Print Review meetings. -Expedite responses, corrections/solutions where applicable with the engineering team and other departments where applicable. -Run weekly check in meetings with Project Managers. -Coordinate with Engineering team members and customers to ensure project requirements meet defined timelines. -Maintain Engineering Metrics. -Request change order pricing from Estimating. -Take notes for Daily Production Meetings. -Assist other departments in clarifying ECR/CO status.

What You Bring

-Respectful and team oriented -Ability to work cross-functionally with Project Managers, Estimators, and other teams. -Experienced with Microsoft Office Tools. -Ability to adapt and thrive with changing business environment and circumstances. -Experience navigating and finding information in ERP system is preferred. -Innovative & adaptable -Associates degree or equivalent experience (3+ years) in similar role and industry preferred. -Strong task orientation and attention to detail.
