The Role

Overview

Coordinate architectural product installation, estimating, site supervision, and project support.

Tasks

-Assist in managing project budgets -Inspect work in progress to ensure that workmanship conforms to specifications and adheres to construction schedules -Perform routine site visits and attend site meetings as required -Plan, coordinate and supervise on site functions including; Oversee Foremen, Crews and Sub-Contractors, ensuring all on site personnel comply with project procedures, safety program requirements, work and equipment maintenance rules, quality standards, and schedules -Review work orders and shop drawings -Contribute to all aspects of the project including profitability, schedule adherence and customer expectations -Proactively determine equipment needs on site and coordinate their delivery -Confer with project team, contractors, and suppliers to resolve any construction problems -Review project information and complete submittals in a timely manner -Complete daily production and progress reports and maintain project records -Review estimates after tender close to determine costs of materials, labour, material, etc -Assist Project Managers & Superintendents to ensure that delivery of critical elements are expedited and coordinated -Report all issues to the Project Manager and submit any required information to the client as directed
