Tasks

-Serve as point of contact from designated locations for maintenance and repair activities on rental and customer-owned fusion equipment. -Maintain accurate records of all services performed, on rental equipment. -Prepare and present detailed assessments of damaged equipment, providing sales with repair quotes for customers. -Coach and support maintenance mechanics in best practices for equipment inspection, documentation, and system updates. -Oversee the full maintenance workflow — from equipment intake and evaluation to repair completion and return to service from your designated locations. -Participate in identifying recurring equipment issues and work with management to develop preventive maintenance strategies and long-term solutions. -Cross-train across other operational roles to provide coverage and maintain team flexibility during absences or peak demand. -Work closely with ISCO mechanics to diagnose issues and implement corrective actions efficiently. -Support and mentor maintenance technicians on best practices, proper documentation, and system use. -Communicate proactively with team regarding repair status, estimated completion times, and any deviations from schedule. -Balance priorities between rental repairs, customer repairs, and shop capacity to ensure efficient workflow. -Continuously seek opportunities to improve maintenance efficiency, reduce turnaround times, and enhance overall service quality. -Coordinate maintenance schedules, prioritizing workload based on equipment downtime, urgency, and customer needs. -Manage parts requests and coordinate with supply chain to ensure critical components are available when needed. -Balance shop workload and scheduling priorities between multiple branch locations and customer requests. -Collaborate with sales, rental, and other teams to provide seamless customer service and minimize equipment downtime.
