Tasks

This is a full-time, on-site role in Oklahoma City, OK for a Bartender at The National, Autograph Collection. The Bartender will work directly with guests in the preparation and serving of beverages and light food items, while maintaining a clean and welcoming bar environment. Responsibilities include crafting cocktails, taking and fulfilling drink orders, managing cash transactions, and ensuring a high standard of customer service. Bartenders are also responsible for maintaining bar inventory and ensuring compliance with all food safety and liquor regulations.

What You Bring

-Familiarity with liquor laws and safety practices -Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays -Knowledge of Food & Beverage service standards and ability to assist with light food preparation -Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively -Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to provide exceptional guest experiences and foster a welcoming environment -Proficiency in Bartending, including mixing and serving beverages and preparing cocktails -Previous experience in bartending or a similar hospitality role is preferred -Experience with Cash Handling to ensure accurate and efficient transactions
