What You Bring

-Driver’s license – A valid license and clean record make you a huge asset. -Physically demanding: standing, climbing, lifting -Be comfortable working at heights -Knowledge of commercial roofing systems: BUR, Modified Bitumen, TPO, EPDM, PVC (but don’t worry—we will train you!) -A valid driver’s license -Experience in residential or commercial roofing or general construction -Safety mindset – Already OSHA 10 certified or worked for a safety-focused company? That’s a big plus. -Experience – Background in construction or commercial roofing is highly desirable. -Lift 50+ lbs regularly, bend, climb, kneel—this job will keep you fit -Equipment skills – Certified to operate a forklift or MEWP? That’s valuable!
