Tasks

As part of our accounting team, you’ll help support the day-to-day financial operations that keep our company running strong. If you’re detail-oriented, organized, and enjoy problem-solving in a fast-paced environment, this could be a great fit for you. -Maintain organized and accurate records of all A/P transactions -Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner -Match purchase orders, packing slips, and invoices to ensure proper documentation -Enter invoices into the accounting system and prepare payments in accordance with company policy -Support month-end closing activities and assist with reporting needs -Review and process vendor invoices for accuracy, coding, and approval -Respond to internal and external inquiries related to payments or invoice status

What You Bring

-This position requires work in our Harrisburg office one day per week, with flexibility to work in either our York or Harrisburg offices for the remaining days. -Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other standard office applications -Excellent communication and customer service skills -Strong attention to detail and accuracy with numerical data -Prior experience in accounts payable or general accounting preferred -Ability to work independently and as part of a team -High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in accounting or business is a plus
