Tasks

-Champion the adoption of digital engineering and emerging technologies. -Hold single-point engineering responsibility from pre-construction through handover. -Support onsite quality improvements, toolbox talks, and subcontractor engagement. -Shape project value-engineering, financial appraisals, and risk strategies. -Manage relationships with structural consultants and influence upcoming project concepts. -Act as the key authority for Temporary Works oversight, coordination, design briefs, and safety engineering. -Lead crane and lifting planning for high-density sites. -Drive the Temporary Works Strategy across pre-construction and live sites. -Support graduate engineers and help shape early-career pathways. -Oversee supply chain performance and drive continuous improvement. -Partner with Design, H&S, and Technical teams to guide both temporary and permanent works. -Conduct engineering audits aligned with ISO 9001. -Collaborate with Planning, Design, Commercial, and Construction teams to achieve best-in-class delivery. -Influence engineering resourcing, culture, and high-performance behaviours across project teams. -Mentor engineering talent across the business. -Develop innovative engineering solutions that shape project outcomes from day one.

What You Bring
