Tasks

-Participating in the negotiation of key contracts. -Anticipating and identifying the shortfalls in performance and takes appropriate remedial actions, proactively. -Planning and executing customer surveys and acts on the survey results to ensure high level of customer satisfaction. -Identifying and evaluating new opportunities with existing and potential customers, determines plans for implementation, and allocates required resources.

What You Bring

-Degree in Electrical engineering (should be full-time) -You have 15 to 20 years of experience in Sales and Business Development, Cluster Management, Meeting Customers and close orders, Marketing and Driving Demand -Possess an enhanced knowledge of MV Switchgear product market of Tamil Nadu -You are immersed in sales function in switchgear business -You are at ease communicating in English, Tamil & Hindi
