Tasks

-Architect, develop, and deploy AI/ML models designed for production environments in construction. -Document models, APIs, and workflows to support knowledge transfer across IT, engineering, and product teams. -Collaborate cross-functionally to identify opportunities and integrate AI-driven improvements into workflows. -Evaluate and implement hosting solutions and off-the-shelf AI tools where applicable. -Incorporate advancements in LLM/NLP technologies to enable automated contract analysis, risk detection, and chatbot support for customers and field teams. -Build and maintain robust data pipelines for data collection, preprocessing, model training, validation, and operational integration. -Deliver predictive models to forecast project schedules, equipment utilization, budget variances, and workforce planning. -Apply MLOps best practices (CI/CD, monitoring, model retraining) to ensure accuracy, reliability, and transparency.
