Assist cost leads on pre/post-contract tasks for a data centre project in the Nordics.

Tasks

-Supporting the estimating process on 2 separate cost plans -Supporting the procurement of the following packages: -Post Contract support on the above packages: -The role covers assisting on both pre-contract and post contract activities as follows: -Principally assisting the Commercial Lead, MEP cost lead and CSA cost lead -Support on the monthly cost reporting process

What You Bring

-Strong numerical and analytical skills. -Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. -Willingness to learn and develop professionally -Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential. -Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant quantity surveying software. -Ability to work independently and as part of a team. -A degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field. -Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. -Travel to site essential
