Tasks

-Oversee building operations, maintenance, and facility management functions -Prepare and deliver project proposals, presentations, and qualifications packages -Prepare cost estimates, feasibility studies, and design presentations -Serve as liaison between ownership, contractors, tenants, and regulatory agencies -Implement sustainable and energy-efficient design principles where applicable -Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities in Private Provider Plans Review and Building Inspections -Ensure compliance with life safety codes, ADA requirements, fire safety, and environmental standards -Develop and maintain strong client relationships to generate repeat and referral business -Resolve design, construction, and administrative issues in a timely manner -Monitor project schedules, budgets, and deliverables -Prepare progress reports, project documentation, and administrative correspondence -Monitor budgets, contracts, and procurement related to facility operations -Supervise building support staff, contractors, and vendors -Collaborate with leadership on strategic growth initiatives, revenue goals, and market positioning -Develop and review architectural plans, drawings, and specifications -Manage space planning, renovations, and modifications within facilities -Maintain building records, drawings, permits, and regulatory documentation -Coordinate with engineers, consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle -Participate in marketing, networking events, and industry associations to increase visibility -Conduct site inspections to verify adherence to design and quality standards -Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities -Ensure designs comply with local, state, and federal building codes, zoning laws, and safety regulations

What You Bring

-Strong knowledge of building codes, standards, and permitting processes. -Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture, Building Science, Construction Management, or related field. -Licensed Architect (preferred) or ability to obtain licensure and/or Building Code Administrator, Inspector, or Plans Examiner (multiple fields) -5+ years of experience in architecture, construction administration, or facility management. -Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other design/management software. -Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
