Perform structural modeling and design for bridge and other transportation infrastructure projects

Model-based design experience is a strong plus:
Excellent attention to detail and critical thinking
AutoCAD Civil 3D and/or Bentley OpenBridge experience is a strong plus
Minimum 3-5 years of bridge design experience required (LRFD)
Strong technical skills in bridge/structural design
Effective and comfortable in a highly collaborative team environment
Project experience with GDOT preferred
Experience completing engineering studies, design reports, compiling contract documents and developing contract plans, in conformity with accepted engineering standards and procedures including AASHTO, GDOT, local municipalities/counties, and other state DOTs
EIT certification required; PE license or ability to obtain within 6 months preferred
AutoCADD Civil 3D and Revit/Infraworks/Inventor
Strong familiarity with any of the following structural engineering software (i.e. Mathcad, FB-MultiPier, ATLAS, STAAD Pro, LARSA 4D, AASHTOWare, MDX, SP Column, MerlinDASH, Midas, GDOT Structures Design Programs, etc.)
B.S. in Civil Engineering required; master’s degree preferred
