Tasks

-Attend site to gather information and translate into value added reports and presentations which drive the successful meeting of relevant project Delivery Milestones. -Coordinate and manage the contract requirements relating to design solutions, constructions and commissioning and ensure these are always meeting and exceeding Health & Safety standards and legislation. -Provide a proactive and trusted resource to the Project Delivery Manager to support effective and efficient close out of all projects to meet the clients’ requirements and enable final accounts completion. -Oversee and ensure projects are on track in terms of time and budget whilst proactively managing risks and opportunities. -Champion sustainability principles in design and construction specifically around the minimisation of the energy use, carbon emissions, waste materials reduction and the supply chain.
