As Assistant Site Manager, you would be overseeing mainly the internals from 1st fix to handover. Our client has many traditional build projects across Essex, with a strong pipeline of work, so there would be no issues with the longevity of work. -Oversee the whole build process. -Achieve a high quality product across 100+ units of traditional build houses. -Keep the project on time and in budget. -Oversee the sub-contractors and labour force, keeping high health & safety standards.
