  • Experience with all multiple project sizes, with concentration in large projects valued at $30MM plus;
  • Available for occasional travel within the US.
  • Confident with public speaking and networking;
  • Successful at leading and organizing a team of multiple disciplines and consultants;
  • Excellent writing skills;
  • Degree in engineering, architecture or related field;
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite;
  • 10+ years’ experience in similarly complex projects across diverse project sectors;
  • Analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills;
  • Proven effectiveness coordinating with contractors, architectural teams, and consultants;
  • Skilled in architecture and detailing skills as well as proficient in construction administrative processes;
  • Detail oriented and organized with proven experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously;
  • Understand budget, code and jurisdictional requirements;
