Tasks

The Induction Coordinator is responsible for the planning, coordination, and continuous improvement of the employee induction experience. This role ensures all logistical, administrative, and stakeholder engagement aspects of induction programs are executed efficiently and effectively, without direct facilitation or delivery of training content. -Support the development of new tools and resources to enhance the induction experience. -Collect and analyse feedback from new starters and stakeholders to identify areas for improvement. -Maintain accurate records of attendance, feedback, and onboarding progress. -Attend inductions in the capacity of a host to support the facilitators. -Coordinate venue bookings, virtual meeting links, and technology requirements. -Act as the primary point of contact for new starters regarding induction logistics. -Schedule and manage induction sessions in collaboration with internal stakeholders. -Generate reports on induction metrics and trends for leadership review. -Liaise with People, IT, Facilities, and hiring managers to ensure all onboarding elements are aligned and delivered on time. -Prepare and distribute induction communications, welcome packs, and onboarding guides. -Maintain and update induction schedules, agendas, and supporting materials.

What You Bring

Working at Thames Water -Experience in onboarding or employee lifecycle processes. -Familiarity with SABA. -Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders simultaneously. -Excellent written and verbal communication. -A proactive, detail-oriented, and service-focused mindset. -Proven experience in coordination, administration, or HR/Learning support roles. -Proficiency in Microsoft Office. -Strong organisational and time management skills.
