-Provide construction, pre-commissioning and commissioning support to projects as required. -Checklist Creation: Develop a detailed handover checklist covering all necessary documentation, tests, and operational guidelines. -Clarifications: Resolve any outstanding issues or discrepancies in project documentation or completion activities. -System Testing: Verify that all systems have been tested and commissioned according to specifications. Any issues discovered need to be addressed and resolved promptly. -Final Inspections: Conduct final inspections to ensure all installations align with design and client specifications. -Meetings: Organize meetings with key stakeholders, including operations, maintenance, and safety teams, to outline the handover process and address any concerns. -Documentation Audit: Review all project documentation to ensure completeness and accuracy. This includes as-built drawings, completion reports, and test results. -Manual Compilation: Compile and organize all operational and maintenance manuals, ensuring they are user-friendly and accessible. -Accountable for performance and delivery of engineering services to support project outcomes against agreed project budgets and schedules.
