Tasks

He / She shall act as supporting member for completing the tasks assigned to the team. Preparation of Bill of Quantity (BOQ) based on construction drawing CSA Specification includes all works. Ensure full coordination between CSA disciplines/Trades. Should verify the checklists / verify whether the standard procedures are followed or not Support on Post contract activities / Engineering support for CSA trades. Preparation of Cost Estimation for CSA Works and Pricing, Rate Buildup of Materials, Labor, Plants, and other misc. Apply the standard procedures and practices to perform day to day work. He /She should perform Take-off for the selected items for a trade individually.

What You Bring

He / She should support 'Estimator'; as and when required Should have the 8+ years’ experience Plan swift, Onscreen Take-off, CostX, ProEst Master Format, CSI Divisions, Quantity take-off, Precon, Pre Bid/Post Bid, Well-developed and efficient verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills. US projects Experience Mandatory ProCore, ACC Project Control, RFI Analysis, Document Control Good time management and the ability to work under constant pressure.
