Tasks

-Monitor safety compliance and lead initiatives to maintain an injury-free environment. -Lead daily standups, weekly trade meetings, and participate in OAC meetings. -Support project closeout activities and coordinate punch lists with stakeholders. -Manage subcontractor workflow and develop work plans. -Review and approve submittals, RFIs, and ensure permits and inspections are completed. -Coordinate daily activities for subcontractors and ensure work aligns with design, budget, and schedule. -Oversee quality control through specifications and QA/QC processes. -Track and report project costs; review cost reports for accuracy. -Maintain documentation systems, including drawings, logs, and inspection records. -Prepare and communicate project schedules; provide ongoing updates to Project Management. -Lead and mentor field teams, fostering collaboration and accountability.

What You Bring

-Strong communication and organizational skills. -Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred; High School Diploma or GED required. -Ability to read and interpret drawings, contracts, and specifications. -Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; scheduling software experience a plus. -Proven leadership on projects $25MM+; experience with Lean principles preferred. -Minimum 15+ years of construction supervisory experience in field supervision.
