Coordinate daily fibre network operations, fulfillment, and fault resolution.

Tasks

-Coordinating day-to-day fibre service configuration, activation, and fulfilment. -Monitoring internal alerts and working with technical teams to identify and resolve issues. -Escalating complex problems to the right internal or vendor teams when required. -Assisting during storm or major network events, including after-hours support when needed. -Supporting Retail Service Providers (RSPs) with fault management and resolution. -Providing performance reports that support service quality and customer experience. -Maintaining accurate documentation and ensuring updates are shared across the team. -Championing safe work practices and taking initiative to stop unsafe work when necessary.

What You Bring

-Learn the fundamentals of the fibre network and its standards. -Experience in broadband, telecommunications, or an ISP environment (preferred). -Strong customer service skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure. -Excellent communication skills — both written and verbal. -Get hands-on experience with upgrades and projects aligned to your interests. -A high level of computer literacy and comfort working with operational systems. -A tertiary qualification or relevant industry experience (desirable). -The ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and coordinate multiple priorities.
