Tasks

Working for us, you’ll be delivering sustainable infrastructure solutions that enhance life and protect our shared future. -Support the preparation of bids and delivery of services on other contracts. -Progress projects through preliminary and detailed design with emphasis on client requirements and innovation. -Effective management and response of project-related correspondence. -Inspection work, feasibility studies, cost estimating for works and fees. -Complete performance appraisals with direct reports and provide learning and development opportunities where possible. -Checks to ensure compliance with the Integrated Management System and assist in the development. -Implement effective, value for money and innovative solutions to meet technical and project requirements. -Prepare and check feasibility studies, appraisal/assessment reports and other written documents. -Project administration reporting to the Project Manager including monitoring programme delivery, resources and budgets, inspection work, feasibility studies, cost estimating for works and fees. -Develop effective concept design solutions that are consistent with the project brief -Are capable of acting as lead or engineering day-to-day main contact for a -Undertake a wide range of scour-related work on all aspects of the functions design and maintenance. -Assist with contract preparation together with project planning and programming. -Supervise, mentor and develop team members from senior engineers, through to graduate engineers and technicians. -Ensure compliance with relevant health, safety and environmental legislation, particularly the CDM Regulations. -Development of engineering solutions and presenting engineering options.

What You Bring
