Provide on-site maintenance support to properties during staffing gaps and high workload.

Tasks
-Provide turn-season assistance to ensure units are ready on time and meet UP quality standards -Turn Support: Assist during peak turn season to meet deadlines and maintain standards -Support Community Managers and Maintenance Supervisors in maintaining property standards and service goals -Respond to and complete daily work orders and preventative maintenance tasks -Provide updates on outstanding work orders and overall maintenance conditions -Support property takeovers and high-demand periods to stabilize maintenance operations -Owns standard maintenance tools required for daily tasks -Assist with onboarding, training, and mentoring of new maintenance team members -Reorganize maintenance shops, inventory, and supplies at transitioning properties
