Tasks
As the driving force on site, you will identify and report building defects, manage on-site activities with engineers and suppliers, and act as the primary point of contact for all property-related matters. You will play a vital role in communicating and executing the property and workplace strategy, fostering collaboration between the property, technical services, and FM teams to deliver continuous improvement and exceptional service. This role is central to ensuring a first-class workplace experience for all building users. You will be responsible for the seamless coordination of building operations, contractor management, and workplace services, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and quality standards. -Oversee daily building operations, ensuring smooth and safe service delivery. -Identify and report defects, coordinating remedial works where required. -Drive continuous improvement and support workplace engagement initiatives. -Act as the main on-site contact for engineers, property teams, and suppliers. -Maintain accurate site records and communications with stakeholders. -Manage contractors and suppliers in line with company standards and procedures. -Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and quality management systems.

ISS are seeking a proactive and highly organised Workplace Manager to oversee the day-to-day operation, safety, and service delivery at one of their main Head Offices in Weybridge, Surrey. -Previous experience in a similar role - Workplace, Front of House (FOH) Management, or Office Management. -Proven experience managing contractors and suppliers in a facilities or property role. -Professional, credible, and customer-focused. -Strong relationship builder, able to engage effectively across teams. -Confident communicator with excellent presentation and organisational skills.
