Tasks

-Back-test, validate, and refine models to ensure reliability and performance before live deployment. -Document models and processes to ensure transparency and reproducibility. -Manage and quality-check large datasets feeding into trading models. -Build and maintain quantitative models for North American natural gas fundamentals (supply, demand, storage, and flows). -Develop tools and analytics to support and optimize algorithmic trading strategies in collaboration with traders and developers.

What You Bring

-Proficiency in Python for data analysis and model development. -Master’s degree in finance, economics, applied mathematics, physics, or another quantitative discipline. -Curious, detail-oriented, and eager to work in a fast-paced trading environment. -5-10+ years of professional experience in quantitative modeling, statistical analysis, or econometrics. (can consider slightly more junior candidates with relevant educational experience).
