The Role
Overview
Support project scheduling, cost, risk, and reporting using Primavera, Excel, Power BI.

Tasks
-Liaises with all team leaders and/or members to communicate required completion dates and an interface between the functional team and project team. -Dashboard development (using Power BI) with schedule & cost data integration or as per the requirement. -Produce any type of Project Control Deliverables within deadline and ensuring quality. -Execute agile type of multiple projects under typical program/portfolio. -Change management (review of change requests for compliance with established program standards and processes, coding of change records, etc.) -Work on Risk Management tool (Risk Register, RBS, Simulation tools etc) -Cost Management (Setting up CBS, setting up cost tracking sheet, analyzing Cost Variance, CPI, performance analysis, spreadsheet updates, etc.) -Work on advance excel & Power BI to carry out any type of project analysis -Create resources in Primavera and Load Man-hours into the scheduled activities using those resources. -Invoice review of Contractors as and when needed. -Develop & update Schedules in Primavera P6 as per procedure. Solve P6 related issues, identify critical paths, discuss with PMs and finalize schedules etc.

What You Bring
-EPC Deliverable Sequence: Basic understanding of the sequence of Engineering, Procurement, and Construction deliverables. -Project Management Knowledge: Basic understanding of Project Management Knowledge Areas and Planning Terminologies. -Use of Aconex software for Cost & Document module -Advanced Excel: Working knowledge of Advanced Excel is preferred. -Shift Flexibility: Willingness to work permanently in either a general shift (08:00 am to 04:30 pm) or a second shift (12:30 pm to 9:00 pm) to accommodate coordination with the US office. -Educational Background: MTech (Full-time) in Project Management or Construction Management, graduating in 2026. Must be available to undertake an internship for a one-year period. -Effective Communication, Smart work, Proactiveness & ownership attitude is required.
