Work collaboratively to develop and execute our strategic and business plans.
This is a full time on the project role. Occasional travel outside of the region for meetings or other business-related events will be required.
Regularly monitor project specific performance data, and drive the implementation of processes to achieve health, safety, quality, and profitability objectives.
Ensure the safe and profitable execution of our work.
Collaborate with Human Resources to develop succession, recruiting, and team member development strategies.
Partner with the estimating team to develop strategies to win work and actively participate in all estimates’ kick off meetings and bid reviews when not assigned to a project.
Actively coach, guide, and support our team members.
Oversite of large-scale projects and/or responsibilities in a Senior Leadership role on a Joint Venture.
Oversee the execution of project management processes and aid the team in analyzing and resolving problems that arise during construction.
Complete oversite of all projects and business operations related to the assignment.
