Tasks

-Greet and interact with residents in a friendly and professional manner -Repair of minor maintenance items (i.e. light fixtures, vents, filters, plumbing fixtures -Collection of garbage and recycling bins in coordination with the city waste schedule -Organize, promote and execute resident events (i.e. holiday parties & summer barbeques) -Attend to resident concerns and service requests within 24 hours -Removal of garbage items and malfunctioning appliances -Maintain cleanliness of all common areas including foyers, amenity rooms, underground parking garage, locker rooms, patios, and rooftops -Conduct yard maintenance, including picking up loose garbage around the exterior of the property, removing snow and ice, salting entrances, walkways, and rooftop walkways -Monitor and clean garbage chutes, garbage bins and recycling rooms -Promote a welcoming atmosphere -Perform thorough cleaning of vacant units, including appliances, floors, walls, windows, kitchens, washrooms, and balconies, ensuring they are move-in ready -Handle office administrative tasks, such as processing online applications, creating notices, managing lease renewals, and other duties related to support daily operations -Dust fire hose cabinets, bells and elevator tracks to minimize excess debris -Follow up with residents to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction

What You Bring

-Ability to push and move objects exceeding 50 lbs. (e.g. garbage bins, appliances) -Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. -Demonstrate excellent customer service and a "can-do" attitude -Professional cleaning experience -Fluent in English and French (applicable to Quebec only) -Excellent customer service skills -Ability to interact professionally with residents, team members, and contractors -Proven track record of performing general cleaning duties and minor maintenance repairs -Knowledge and safe handling of cleaning chemicals -General knowledge and understanding of the safe handling of cleaning materials (WHMIS)
