Lead Cleaner oversees cleaning, trains staff, and ensures quality in military housing.

Tasks

-Provide coaching, mentoring and direction to cleaning team members. -Complete work quickly and efficiently in order to meet project deadlines and to reduce home vacancy. -Perform Quality Control checks on cleaning teams to ensure time and quality expectations are met. -May be responsible for other common area cleaning including trash pick-up doggie waste station and community trash removal. -Responsible for carrying and maintaining all cleaning supplies necessary to satisfactorily perform routine functions. -Responsible for such scheduled functions as cleaning entire homes including bathrooms, appliances thoroughly throughout. -Maintain a close and highly responsive relationship to the day-to-day activities of the cleaning team. -Work as member of a team with new associates to train best practices and meet deadlines and performance standards.

What You Bring

-Ability to work with a diverse group of people and personalities. -Ability to understand spoken and written English. -Less than 1 year of relevant work experience. -High school diploma or GED equivalent. -Superb attention to detail. -A current driver's license in good standing and ability to meet the driving records standards outlined in the Company Safe Vehicular Operations Policy. -Please note that this position is located at a federal facility. In accordance with the REAL ID Act, effective May 7, 2025, a REAL ID compliant driver's license/ID is required in order to access the federal facility. -Ability to respond to requests in a timely and respectful manner. -Excellent customer service skills. -Currently enrolled in a high school program.
