Tasks

-Lead, motivate, and develop both office and maintenance teams -Control budget expenses and manage hiring processes -Provide timely and accurate reporting -Ensure compliance with safety and housing regulations -Monitor and reduce delinquency rates -Oversee daily operations, ensuring financial performance and occupancy goals are met -Maintain property appearance through routine inspections

What You Bring

-Proven leadership in leasing, marketing, collections, and team development -Strong communication and organizational skills -Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel; Entrata experience is a plus -3+ years of experience in multi-family property management -Bilingual abilities (preferred but not required)
