Tasks

-Preparation of DMRB design reports and technical specifications for stormwater drainage and related works. -Ensuring projects are delivered on budget, on schedule, and to technical standards, while meeting QA, CDM, sustainability, and HSE requirements. -Direct line management responsibilities, including mentoring and managing early-career professionals, ensuring technical excellence in all deliverables. -Day-to-day project management, including the delivery of concept studies, detailed designs, and construction drawings. -Liaison with UK offices, assisting in the preparation of fee proposals and financial control of projects when acting as a package project manager. -Maintaining a positive working environment within the team. -Responsible for designing all aspects of drainage for highways, rail, and urban development projects. Exposure to aviation drainage is an added advantage.

What You Bring

-Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in the relevant field. -Agile working -Detailed drainage designs using MicroDrainage and InfoDrainage. Ability to execute high-quality SuDS designs using InfoDrainage and Flow. -Ability to analyze technical design problems and propose innovative solutions to improve outcomes and processes. -Strong understanding of hydraulic and hydrological principles.
