Overview
Conduct building surveys, produce reports, manage tender docs, and monitor site work.

Tasks
-Assisting / Issuing with tender submissions, contractor analysis, and the drafting / raising of JCT construction contracts -Attending client and project meetings, representing the business with professionalism and technical confidence -Travelling to sites and client locations as required -Supporting the preparation / Preparation of tender documentation - including drawings, specifications, and schedules of work -Input / Manage fee projections for financial profiling across various projects -Carrying out regular site inspections to monitor quality, progress, and health & safety compliance -Taking part in / Organising and attending pre-contract briefings and ensuring smooth project handovers with the team -Assisting with / Conducting building condition surveys and producing clear, insightful reports for clients

-A relevant degree or strong working experience -Working towards or hoping to achieve RICS Chartership -A-Level qualifications in line with UCAS requirements (or predicted) -MRICS Chartered -Experience working with AutoCAD
